The cottage has recently been extended and refurbished to a high standard. Once a single-room traditional cottage with no electricity, it now comprises a large living / dining room, two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a stunning oak-framed sun room. 

The surrounding countryside is ideal for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers with many picturesque footpaths, glens and plantations.

Kerroobeg is located in a very peaceful, rural setting, about 4.5 miles from Castletown, 9 miles from the sea terminal and 5 miles from the airport.

There is a large garden and plenty of off-road parking.

 

The cottage can accommodate four people in two comfortable bedrooms, with a luxurious bathroom, cosy living / dining room, fully fitted kitchen and large sunroom.

The Sunroom is a stunning oak-framed room with large windows, facing south and west overlooking beautiful countryside with sofas, coffee tables and good lighting.

The lounge has comfortable sofas, large coffee table, Smart TV with Freesat, DVD player and good lighting for reading. There is a wood-burning stove and a basket of logs available.

Both bedrooms have thick carpets with superb quality beds and Egyptian cotton bedlinen. There is a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Bedroom One has a Kingsize bed.

The bathroom is fully-tiled, with bath, separate walk-in shower and good quality toiletries.

Bedroom Two has twin zip and link beds which can be made into a Super King if requested.

The dining area has an original Manx dresser and a dining table seating six

The large kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven with induction hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, and all equipment and worktop space necessary for cooking, with ample, good quality china, glassware and cutlery.
